Bank of Quincy’s Fraud Detection System alerted us to a data breach at a retailer and we took appropriate steps to protect our customers. We are prohibited from disclosing the name of the retailer. None of the Bank’s customers have experienced a financial loss as a result of the retailer data breach. We issue replacement debit cards to our customers at no cost.
